- 4 salmon portions
- 1 lemon
- Fennel seeds
- Garlic powder
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Turn oven on to broil
- Coat salmon with avocado oil, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder and finely grate over some lemon zest.
- Rub these flavors all over the salmon with your hands and place in an oven-proof roasting pan
- Put them in the oven on the middle rack to broil and set the timer for 14 minutes.
- Removed from the oven and then using a knife and your fingers, carefully peel the skin away from the flesh and flip it over. Add a pinch of salt and the fennel seeds.
